Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts |
Location: Kolhapur Key Responsibilities: • To maintain working capital and manage funds considering payments, collections and project execution activities with internal teams from time to time. • Co-ordinate with Projects, O&M and Marketing teams on day to day activities for their requirements and to ensure that any bottlenecks are timely cleared by the respective departments to enable the processing of transactions by F&A on timely basis • Checking of bills/invoices with Purchase orders(PO)/Work orders(Contract)- quantity, job and value of work done and bookings of expenditure in Tally/accounting package before sending to HO for payments. • Detail working of Capital Work in Progress(CWIP) and fixed assets • Reconciliation of stock of material – receipts, issues and stock and valuation of stock with the help of site engineers and PMC contractor • Providing necessary information to local VAT/CST/TDS/any other authorities/auditor as and when required and completion of monthly/ quarterly/half yearly/yearly return • CNG/PNG Gas purchase and sale checking of gas purchase quantities with JTR and reconciliation of gas purchase, sales and stock reconciliation on fortnightly/ monthly basis • Preparation of fortnightly Gas Sales invoice to HPCL/other based on the joint certification and sending the same to customer through BTS • Co-ordinate quarterly/half yearly/annual closing of accounts with auditor’s review with HO finance team • To support Marketing Team for commercial negotiations and pricing • To support projects C&P process during tendering/job evaluation/budgetary quote and estimation purpose • Assisting in the development of and ERP compliant accounting system • Handling GST related issues in co-ordination with Head Office
Qualification: Essential – Graduate with ACA/CMA/MBA with specialization in Finance from reputed institution Experience: 1 Year post qualification in line work experience in similar field Desired Candidate Profile: • Thorough understanding of F&A costing of all site function of accounts and taxation, projection and budgeting • Working knowledge of Project Accounting, Reconciliation, TDS, GST, Finance Statement, Audit Process etc • Conceptualize and implement key accounting initiatives • Contracts Management/ Tendering/ ERP

Assistant Manager - Operation Maintenance & Engineering(CNG) |
Location: Ambala - Kurukshetra Key Responsibilities: • Procurement and implementation of CNG stations as per targets in line with the standards. • To develop CNG O&M contracts on composite basis for online/booster stations and gas/electric compressors, dispensers etc • To lead from front to innovate and ideate in cost cutting measures in power consumption. • To maintain Zero Dry Out at each CNG stations. • Develop and implement O&M procedure, work instructions including safe practices for all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and emergency handling procedure. • To manage the LCV movement across the DRS, DODO stations in the most cost-effective manner. • To plan and execute statutory activities like calibration, hydro testing etc. • To provide technical input to HOGPL team for continual improvement related to CNG O&M • To prepare a detailed checklist for CNG station, monitoring O&M activities at all the CNG stations under construction • Create awareness among the CNG customers. • Continual improvement related to CNG O&M. • Responsible for all O&M activities at all the CNG stations. • To coordinate with OEM maintenance team /contracts OEM at CNG sites for dispenser, cascades and compressor. • To handle and rectify leak testing of cascades, dispenser, tubing and other necessary maintenance. • Ensure inspection and preventive maintenance of tubing, dispenser and cascades on fortnightly basis. • Develop and implement the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) as per OISD & PNGRB T4S guidelines and monitoring of various safe operating parameters. Act as a resource person for competency development of outsourced and off roll field staff involved in CNG networks.
• Monitor pressure and temperature details of LCV/HCV to calculate minimize losses and stock on daily basis and provide MIS. • Deploy best HSE practices at the CNG stations. • To take over CNG stations from project team and commission the CNG station. • Innovate for energy efficiency, asset integrity, lifecycle enhancement and automation/SCADA based control of O&M activities Qualification: Essential – BE/B Tech (full time) in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil engineering with 60% marks or CGPA of 6 on 10-point scale or 3 on 6 point scale Experience: 1 Year post qualification in line work experience in similar field in executive position Desired Candidate Profile: • Experience in Operation of Mechanical equipment’s in CNG including DRS, MRS, SR/Compressor and related dispensing equipment’s. • Planning maintenance of CNG equipment’s including MP, LP and steel pipeline. • Knowledge of best practices in CNG operations and maintenance • Ability to handle CNG Operations/Project activities in allocated area Last date for submission of application is 1st June 2025 |
