Objective / Purpose of the job • Develops organization culture and evolves strategies around HR within the policies of the organisation. • Develop/modify the HR manual in line with industry practice • Support in handling Payroll, Statutory Compliances and HR Operations & General Administration Key Responsibilities • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures that the policies, procedures, processes, and reporting are in compliance. • Should be well conversant with the strategizing talent acquisition and ensure that the staffing requirement for business is successfully met by hiring the right candidates for the job within the planned budget and guidelines. • To ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, processes and systems and provide the same whenever required. • To comply with all the HR objectives for business and align the short- and long-term strategic goals that synergize with the overall vision of the organisation. • Design and implement performance management system for business and be a key driver for the same. • Responsible for conceptualization, formation and implementation of HR policies across business • To design and implement induction and conduct the induction program for all new joiners. • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. • Understand the organisation competencies and skill set requirements. Accordingly bridge the competencies and skill gaps by ensuring appropriate training to employees. • Build capability matrix across the organisation for ensuring achieving the organisation targets. • Implement talent retention program and address issues related to attrition appropriately. • To ensure compliance and implementation of all Legal and Statutory provisions that are required in all aspects of the workplace safety. • Assess and drive the learning and development needs of the employees in the organisation. • Develop and manage HR data to develop insights and drive the business. • Maintain employee records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, employee statistics for government reporting. • To develop HR strategy for Talent Management including employee engagement in the organisation • Responsible for Statutory Compliance and due implementation of the same at all locations of the organisation. • Finalization of Purchase Orders and agreements for administrative services • Leading of day to day management and delivery of the facilities and administration teams including management of the outsourced partners to create an efficient and customer centric function. • General Administration includes office maintenance, travel booking, monitoring monthly attendance, monitoring housekeeping and ensuring compliance. • Develop and implement regular reporting on all HR & Administration issues to management. • Liaison with related statutory agencies/authorities within in the ambit of applicable legislations. • Implementation and smooth execution of ERP related to HR function. • Upgrade and maintain Company’s Web Portal from time to time. • Any other role and responsibility assigned by management from time to time Knowledge and Competencies • Thorough understanding of Human Resource function, Industrial Relations & Statutory laws. • Managing HR Operations and Administration • Corporate Compliances and payroll related matters • Self-starter should be able to work with multiple stakeholders (HODs). • Coordination with various HR consultants for designing HR initiatives. • Strategically inclined, able to conceptualize and implement key HR initiatives. • Leadership abilities, Good Interpersonal skills, Patient, Strong Communication skills, Good analytical skills Education • Graduate + 2 years full time recognized MBA/PGDM with specialization in HR/HRD Mgt./MSW, DESIRABLE - LLB as an added qualification Experience • 7+ years of post-qualification experience in similar field (Oil & Gas / CGD/ Petrochemical Industry Preferred) Location Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra The last day for submitting applications is 15th June 2026 |
