PNGRB's Integrated Grievance Management System (IGMS)
The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) has introduced an online platform to better serve consumers. The Integrated Grievance Management System (IGMS) is a single-window portal designed for consumers to escalate unresolved grievances regarding City Gas Distribution (PNG/CNG), LPG, and Retail Outlets.
Important Note:
- Please be aware that the PNGRB's previous grievance email (grievance@pngrb.gov.in) has been discontinued.
- In case your complaint is not resolved or remains unresolved for a long time, customers may escalate the matter to PNGRB's Integrated Grievance Management System (IGMS).
